Rachel H.'s Experience

I have live at my parents house with two cats- Harper, who is 7, and Dennis, who is 17. I have lived with animals since I was a child and even had 4 cats at one point! I have experience administering both thyroid medication and insulin shots, and have cared for indoor and outdoor cats. I often care for the pets of family and friends, as well as paid work through tailster. I have never not lived with cats and I absolutely adore all breeds, genders, ages and personalities. Our Dennis is a little grumpy and antisocial whereas Harper is very cuddly and affectionate- and I adore them both immeasurably

Information Rachel H. would like to know

Does your pet have any allergies or health issues? What does your pet's daily routine look like? What does your pet like and dislike? Does your pet take any medication? What and when does your pet eat? Does your pet have grooming needs and what grooming do they require? Is your cat allowed treats- if so, what are they allowed, and how many per day? Is your cat indoor only? Do you have a contact for an emergency vet, should any issues arise? Is there anything else needed during my visits e.g. litter changing, watering plants etc. (happy to do little extra jobs to help while I’m there!) Is there anything your pet is afraid of or anything I should avoid so I don’t unsettle them?

A typical day

I work full time with flexible working hours- ordinarily I start work at 7am and finish at 3pm, but as long as I fulfil my 40 hours a week, there’s wiggle room in terms of my start time. I’m based in ME2 and work in ME17, so I’m able to pop in and see your feline friends before and after work, and am happy to do two visits per day.
