Typical prices on Sittsy: Day Care: £30 per day, £150 per week for 5 days, £660 per month for 22 days, Dog Walking: £15 per walk, Home visits: £15 per visit, Pet Boarding: £35 per night, £245 per week for 7 nights, £1,050 per month for 30 nights and Day and night care: £35 per night, £245 per week for 7 nights, £1,050 per month for 30 nights. Each sitter sets their own price.

If you pay by card, the amount is held when you book and charged about 3 days later. PayPal and some local payment methods are charged right away. The checkout screen shows which applies before you pay.

Every booking has a free cancellation deadline, shown at checkout and in the booking details. If you cancel in the app before it, you can get your payment back or have it added to your Sittsy balance. After the deadline, the payment is not refunded.

Sitters can cancel a confirmed booking only in an emergency. If a booking is cancelled because of the sitter, you get a full refund for the care that was not provided, including the Sittsy service fee.

Report it in the app or at support@sittsy.com before the sitter is paid, which is normally 24 hours after the booking ends. If the sitter did not provide the care as agreed, Sittsy can refund you in full or in part.
