Sarah T.'s Experience

Are you looking for a sitter or boarding for your pet where they will be the ONLY pet cared for in the home? - No cross overs with other people’s pets. - No anxiety of how they’ll get on with another dog. - Your pet will have our home (and us) to themselves for the full duration of their stay. - Very few sitters offer a 1 pet service. Our ‘pack’ consists of me, my husband, and our daughter, who is now at university. We are all animal lovers, recently fostering a mother cat and her three kittens for a local charity. We had them from when the kittens were only 7 weeks old until they were adopted after 6 months. Before that we had been doggy owners for ten years, losing our cherished chihuahua to a congenital heart condition almost a year ago. We understand how a fur baby becomes a part of the family and how tough it can be to leave them in someone else's care. It's important that when you choose us to care for your pet, you can trust that they will be our priority for the full duration their stay, be it for just a few hours or a fortnight stay. We therefore only have one booking at a time. However we would consider two pets from the same owner. After the kitten’s were adopted a year ago, we started pet sitting in November. Due to our one pet only promise, we have been fully booked throughout 2025, and already have multiple bookings for 2026. 80% of our bookings are repeat bookings from returning customers.

About Sarah T.

I used to be a deputy headteacher, and I’m still DBS checked as I offer tutor online for science. I now work as a private tutor online and enjoy spending my daytimes taking the doggies I look after for their walks, playing in the garden and having cuddles on the sofa. My husband has a hybrid role, so is sometimes at home throughout the day. Our daughter, is completing her masters degree but lives at home. We never leave a doggy on their own during their stay, which works well if you have a doggy with separation anxiety or just used to having you at home with them.
